Provisional bookings must be confirmed by signed booking form and deposit.

A 25% deposit is required at time of booking with the balance due 8 weeks before arrival date. If balance not received we reserve the right to cancel booking and retain deposit.

Late Bookings – if less than 8 weeks prior to start of holiday the whole cost is immediately payable.

A booking is accepted when you receive a confirmation invoice. If the details are not correct, you should contact us immediately.

The number of persons occupying the property must not exceed 9 of which 6 can be adults.

No pets and No smoking

Cancellation must be advised by telephone and confirmed in writing. Deposits are non refundable and if we are unable to re-let the accommodation we are legally entitled to request further payment as compensation.

We recommend holiday insurance to cover cancellations.

Any change in holiday dates will be subject to availability.

The house will be available from 4p.m. on day or arrival and needs to be vacated by 10a.m. on day of departure.

The hirer agrees to:- Supervise and be responsible for their children at all times.

Leave property clean and tidy, otherwise a cleaning charge will be levied.

Report any loss, breakage or damage to the owners immediately and pay any costs involved.

Pay a security deposit of £100 on arrival, against which any loss, breakage or damage will be charged, balance to be returned by post after departure.

Cars and personal belongings are at guests risk at all times. No responsibility can be accepted for loss or damage to such items.

Please note – Pregnant women should be aware it is not safe to have contact with ewes during the lambing season, please check if in doubt.

DIRECTIONS TO NORTH BUCKHAM FARM:-

North Buckham Farm is to the north of Beaminster, just off the A3066 that runs between Bridport and Crewkerne.

Access is gained to the A3066 from the A303 (M3 from London take A303) via Crewkerne or Junction 25 on the M5 at Taunton, via Ilminster to Crewkerne, or from the A35 from the south from Bridport.

From Beaminster carry on A3066 and take right turn immediately you have gone through the road tunnel, signed MAIDEN NEWTON 9, we are second farm on left, there is an accommodation sign at top of our ½ mile track.

If approaching from opposite direction Crewkerne, Misterton, Mosterton, take left turn immediately before road tunnel, then we are second entrance on your left.
